Refund Policy for our Vintage and Antique Online Shop
At our vintage and antique online shop, we strive to provide unique, high-quality items and excellent customer service. We understand that shopping for vintage and antique pieces online can be a unique experience, and we want our customers to feel confident and secure in their purchases. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:
· The item received is significantly not as described in the product listing.
· The item arrives damaged due to transit, and you notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
· An incorrect item was sent.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following:
· Minor imperfections, signs of age, or wear and tear that are consistent with vintage and antique items, and which have been clearly described or shown in product photographs.
· Change of mind after purchase.
· Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions, unless faulty or not as described.
Return Process
1. Contact us at hello@recolligo.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your item, providing your order number and details of the issue.
2. Include clear photographs of the item and packaging, showing any damage or discrepancy.
3. We will review your claim and respond within 3 working days.
4. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of approval.
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping Costs
If your refund request is approved due to damage, incorrect item, or significant misdescription, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
For international orders, the same refund policy applies. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to us in accordance with customs regulations and for any associated costs
